Wiping saved data for steam account
Hello Bungie Support,
I’m not sure if this is possible, but I would really like to reset my Destiny 2 data on Steam and start fresh. I originally meant to enable Cross Save, but I accidentally created a new character instead. What I’d like to do is keep the progress I had on my Xbox account and have that carry over to my PC through Steam.
If this is still possible, I’d really appreciate your help. Thank you for your time and support!

2 RepliesYou'll need to disable Cross-Save, wait 90 days, then re-enable Cross-Save, making sure to select your preferred save data then instead of your Steam save data. There's no way around the waiting period for disabling Cross-Save.
