I was looking at my bungie account on the website and noticed that my xbox account was still linked. I don't remember ever playing Destiny 2 on xbox so I decided to deactivate the cross save since all of my characters and expansions have been purchased on steam. After deactivating I was signed out of the Destiny 2 servers and unable to log back into my character. I take it that somehow my character was tied to my xbox account and the expansions tied to my steam. I tried to reactivate the cross save feature and was shown a 90 day cooldown according to the terms and conditions. I am genuinely so upset and didn't mean to make this big of a mistake. I've been playing this game everyday, bought the most recent reward pass and expansion, have all the previous expansions and feel like I made a huge mistake. Is there anyway my character can be transferred over since they are both on the same bundie id? If someone could please help me reactivate the cross save as a one time exception I would really appreciate it. I can verify any sort of account info, phone numbers, literally anything. Please Bungie help me get back into the game. I am loving this game and look forward to buying the Renegades dlc as well when it comes out. I know that I hit the deactivate button but I didn't realize it would mean I would lose access to my character. Please whoever reads this please help thank you so much. - Glide
