Can you get foil weapons from heavy metal?
Just played my 40th match and not one foil weapon has dropped. I’ve claimed the 2 in the pass thing and still no luck. Is my rng that bad?? I’m 432 light if that has anything to do with it 🤷

Was hoping the event would be like Solstice, oh boy, we were in for a big pile of p.... disappointment. Also not a single holo drop since the event launched, aside from the reward tracks (which I'm also not a fan of those rolls).

Same… I played 40-50, finished everything and got nothing but the two from the pass. Not even a pinnacle in any games. This continues to be a shooter/ looter game without loot.

I’m 450 so I get guarantee drops t5 drops win or lose. The only time I get anything lower in PvP related content is if I play really bad or join in late. For foil drops I gotten maybe 4 from all the matches I played thus far. So yeah your tier drops are base off of performance as well as your guardians rank. So for example even if you’re rank 9 and 450 if you played bad enough you may just get T4 loot. Foils in general are just rng but again there tier level is base off of rank and light level with performance being deciding factor if it’s T5 or 4.

Otherwise just rng & that’s way i give up after gilding my seal trash game anyway so not worth my time & money.

I've had four Holofoil drops- 3 swords and a Trachinus. Two from winning and 2 from losing - all games I was struggling like a fish out of water. But I was trying. The first few days seems like loot was good - a couple of Tier 4 armor; a better drop for Returned Memory (Heal Clip and Incandescent), a Tier 4 Ahab Char and some Crucible weapons. I've a feeling by the weekend good drops rates are lowered. Just a theory. I could be wrong and RNG is just drunk.

I think I've played around 15ish matches? I got a sword foil. It's definitely just RNG
