Tower Vendors now Useless
What is the current purpose of the tower vendors, Surya only gives drops at level 200, as well as Xur. You can only get high level gear from Zavala when you get the necessary requisition coins. Why are they not dropping items at or above your current level?

No engrams from Shaxx for PVP, just whatever drops in match, we used to have both.

2 RepliesExactly, especially wen the Ops are so unrewarding for last 50 lvls. Everyone, bar Zavala, is as much use as a chocolate teapot. Bungie need to... Reintroduce the weekly 8 bounty thing from Banshee, with a +1 drop minimum on your highest lvl item. Hawthorne needs to drop a Prime with every checkpoint lvl 4, 7, 10, 13, 16, with exotic shard for reset Xûr offers a prime drop for cypher quest completion. Ikora offers a prime for completing 10 patrols. Saint rank is restored and offers prime for checkpoints like Hawthorne. Just some suggestions but sensible imho.

Yep if its not portal its worthless. Soo...you farm portal in order to get gear you will use...in the portal. I mean...if i can farm easily in the portal, why would i need more guns and armors to just keep doing what i was already doing ? They need to just get rid of the portal at this point it killed the game.

What is point of most things now, clan rewards aren’t rewarding at all, vendors are pointless, bounties are pointless, everything has gone to hell in a handcart, nothing has meaning anymore

5 RepliesSame reason the rest of the game that is not in the portal is currently useless. I suspect they had a vision for the reboot of D2 we are living, and that vision took more time and money than they had for EoF deadline so we’re all basically playing a WIP.

I think with the way development is currently going for destiny they'll get revamped along with everything else as time goes on but it greatly depends on if the game lasts that long which I think it will but it's going to be pretty rough for the next couple I'm sure..

passed on buying destiny this time, most of the core has either been laid off or work on other games for Sony. what l did buy is borderlands 4 and will be downloading on the 10th with pre order. have 14k hours in destiny, its still fun ,but the no reward for grind is so bad that there is no point with bungie trying to reel back the grind its to little to late. make a d3 bungie/sony then I'll pay you.

To me, they have always been useless. They could have done better. Unfortunately, it's not the same passionate ppl that used to work there. So I kept all my expectations at low. There's so many good games coming out and are put now. I can't be bothered we with THIS bungies -blam!- and bad decisions. Not saying what you should do, but play to get your destiny craving/urges out the way and use your time on a better game. I honestly dont think destiny will get better.

Along with 80-90% of the game. Bungie staff need to watch Tom Christie videos about Destiny until they actually get it.

I used to use Surya as a place to get infusion weapons/armor. Pretty depressing she is arguably the least useful vendor in the game now.

I gave up on PVE before final shape. Bought final shape a a month or two before the new release of whatever this is. PVE has been dead to me a long time. Bundy should have really just focused on not trying to squeeze a D3 and calling it D2 number one and number two keep deed to the way it was and just elaborate more on PVP. Make PVE like going to the gym and PVP is where you go to fight it out with your fellow guardian. Whatever happened to dropping some like mini expansion every 6 months like a mini story or whatever they should have just stuck to that is that what final edges or final fate whatever is is that what it is is that the mini expansion cuz a mini span should not cost $130.
