Siva is one of if not THE community favourite creation and aesthetic in the destiny.
Your refusal to bring it back when so many people want it, just baffling. Just adding some siva Ornaments for exotics isnt enough.
It has almost unlimited potential to create cool origin traits, armour bonuses and weapon perks.

Siva + vex is the way to go. You literally teased that in year 1 of destiny 2.
Just have Maya reactivate siva. Siva takes over a vex mind with a leftover Rasputin order. Then you have a new faction of enemies to use within the story.

We saw the fruits of the labor on Neptune. Not only did it help make a new colony, they also improved upon it to such a degree that they are able to fight off the Vex. Siva is done. It wasn’t the antagonist - the fallen were. Season of the Chosen established that it is merely a tool, it is not sentient. I get that it’s red and black edgy, it’s over ———————————————————————— However, something to consider. The Conductor, a vex exo with knowledge of the golden age came to the plaguelands, a place with SIVA. Technology that was infused with Vex tech to make Quicksilver. The axe we see in the trailer has silver specks swirling around it, and it has the same patterns of Quicksilver tech So Siva may actually be relevant to the plot of the area
