I encountered a bug where my character looks like it’s not moving at all, but it actually moves extremely slowly in the direction I press (WASD). In the video, I can type wasd in my chat, so I don't think it's my keyboard's problem, and I encountered this bug like 3 times last month, one of it was during trials of osiris pvp match. I think this bug happens randomly when you load in, like loading into tower or during pvp matches where game's round progresses and all characters all reset at the beginning of next round. Once this happens, it doesn't go away until you restart your game.
