I’m currently trying to activate Cross Save to transfer my Destiny 2 character from PlayStation 5 to my Steam account on PC. However, I’m unable to complete the process through the Cross Save menu. I believe the issue may be related to a previously linked Xbox account that I no longer remember or have access to. Here are the details of my situation: • My primary character is on PlayStation 5. • I’ve successfully linked my Steam account to Bungie.net. • I suspect the Xbox account is interfering with the Cross Save setup, but I’m unable to recover or unlink it due to forgotten credentials. I’ve reviewed the Cross Save guide and attempted to troubleshoot by verifying account links and restarting the setup, but the issue persists.
