Hi hi, I was trying out cold steel on Aurora Dawn and the heavy attack only seems to apply slow stacks if the blade physically hits the target, not just the wave. Is this a bug or intended? Cause to me it feels definitely like a bug. It feels weird and clunky to have to run up to an enemy point plank to make use of cold steel with a wave frame sword in particular, especially when wave frame swords like ergo sum apply sacred flame stacks with their powered heavy wave without the blade needing to make actual contact. Being able to actually apply stacks with the wave plays into the whole heavy attack then go nyooom across the room into your enemy and smack them in the face vibe of wave frames that make them so unbelievably fun. I can see it being a bit powerful with the wave applying freeze to everything the wave hits cause two heavies and you can freeze a ton of stuff in a line, but I feel like it probs should be cause it uses 8 sword ammo so it makes sense you could freeze a ton of adds likes that, and also, chill clip rockets and grenade launchers or exotic bows like verglas can freeze and shatter a whole room in a few seconds so it doesn't really feel broken or out of place to be able to freeze stuff with the wave from the heavy attack. TLDR: I really hope wave frame swords wave attacks not applying slow stacks is a bug and not intended. Hope everyone has a good night! <3
