Cross save/primary
Hi I played through a good chunk of d2 last year same exact account ect it was xbo on my computer had my characters on it but when I came back recently it shows my playstation character and not my xbox characters that had alot of progress and I believe xbox was set to primary and plus the progress and it worked fine till I got back into d2 and now it isn't but I never touched the account settings ect there the same way they were then , some assistance would be appreciated

4 RepliesEdited by BNGHelp3: 9/2/2025 3:04:30 AMHello there[url=https://media.giphy.com/media/KOVlHmbBA09XO/giphy.gif],[/url] To change your active save for cross save, • Go to Bungie.net/CrossSave & Make sure you are signed in. • Click View Setup • Scroll down a bit until you see "Deactivate Cross Save" button on the left side, [i][b]remember, that deactivating cross save for any reason will trigger the 90 day cool down before you can reactivate cross save[/b].[/i] • Click that button • Authenticate all linked accounts [b]After the mandatory 90 day cool down[/b], reactivate cross save taking care to choose the correct active save file.
