For example, I have Graviton Forfeit in Collections, I have it in my Vault, but when I go to Rahool it says "Unlock this item in Collections to purchase", despite me having the Exotic Engram, Glimmer, and Ascendant Shards needed to purchase it. I have pictures as proof, but idk how to post them here. This is the case for a few of my exotics. I was also scammed out of 100,000 Glimmer and an Exotic Cipher when I bought Duality from the Monument. I did not have the dlc at the time, but it did allow me to buy it. But it never showed up in my inventory or Collections, but it did take my resources. Sadly I don't know how to prove that happened though.
