I just ran Kell's Fall twice back to back from Pinnacle Ops in the Portal, once on Master, then again on Expert. Neither run gave me the intrinsic or catalysts that I was missing. The Master run was my first for the week, and in fact first since EoF launch. I searched on reddit and found countless threads confirming that they were indeed dropping, at least up until a few weeks back. Are they somehow bugged now? EDIT: The Master completion was an A-grade.
