On Skywatch I completed time/score/objective on B+ and got a C score and untiered weapons. This happened twice. On Caldera the score was correct but the reward was a nontiered weapon. This happened twice as well. I check the postmaster every 1-2 runs. I am on my 19th run with no +3 drops at all. This doesn't feel "random". 7-9 runs feels random. I have tried with exotic armor piece and without.
