Solo Ops Rewards are Not Working Properly
On Skywatch I completed time/score/objective on B+ and got a C score and untiered weapons. This happened twice.
On Caldera the score was correct but the reward was a nontiered weapon. This happened twice as well.
I check the postmaster every 1-2 runs.
I am on my 19th run with no +3 drops at all. This doesn't feel "random". 7-9 runs feels random. I have tried with exotic armor piece and without.

The same is happening with me and it's not just Skywatch. Done several runs with modifiers stacked to achieve 'A' score, I beat the timer by up to three minutes, all achievements done and the reward comes out as 'C'. So I get no tiered reward and anything I do get is way below my power level. So I'm being robbed of powering up and the daily and weekly quests. It totally sucks!!!!! @Bungie sort it out!!!

Same here. I did a Kell's fall and no fusion rifle. Did 4 runs of Caldera just now at B+ and no sidearm.
