Prior to Edge of Fate, if a player's consumables inventory was full, any redeemed Synthcord bounties would cause the Synthcord to go to the Postmaster. However, after patch, the rewards just disappear if the consumables inventory is full. I've attached a video of the items disappearing: they also did not drop after next activity/etc.
