Cross Save Issue
It is a long story so I will try to keep it short. I got a laptop a long time ago, started destiny on steam, did the cross save to my (main) PlayStation account. I realized however, it barely supported any game. Cue to me getting a new PC not too long ago and now would like to switch to PC for my account. Bad news, I have a new steam account, and the old steam account (on the laptop) was deleted for said new account. The emails are the same, but the names are not. Is there anyway to authenticate to get my cross save stuff off of my main PlayStation account on the NEW steam account, or is it stuck on my old Steam account that is no longer accessible to verify anything.
I dont really wanna restart a character since the one I have is from the Red War day one on... lol.. loot and all.

1 ReplyHey there, unfortunately no there is not. As of March 2025 it is no longer possible to unlink accounts, additionally it has never been possible to unlink accounts that you can't authenticate. You could link an Epic Games account and play on PC through that perhaps?
