Make bonus engrams +2 power gains outside of the Prime band.
Now 10-400.
Soon 10-500.
Make bonus engrams +1 power gains inside the Prime band.
Now 400-450.
Soon 500-550.
I also agree that Solo Ops should not be nerfed.
This is 100% the solution that will carry beyond EoF, through this year and beyond.
It would eliminate the need to micromanage each activity in the Portal individually... because players will chase their bonuses and you'll get much better data should any particular activity demand balancing.
The incoming example will be Caldera... if you reduce the timer, it will just kill the activity... and players will choose a different Solo Op that's easier to get max time bonuses.

2 RepliesSorry Bud, putting a cherry on a -blam!- sandwich ain’t the answer. The whole game cycle/reward/progression is currently flawed and broken. Have no intention of returning until its changed.
