I've been going crazy trying to figure what the heck is going on. I've noticed the lag especially when I'm at the Tower the latency is very apparent, like the game doesn't feel smooth/fluid like before Edge of Fate dlc. I did find someone reporting on Facebook Destiny 2 group https://www.facebook.com/groups/DestinyGamegroup/posts/3991114527806936/[/url] that Edge of Fate introduced "Borderless Fullscreen" mode and that it routes frames through the Desktop Window Manager before displaying them where as before Destiny 2 had "Exclusive Fullscreen" mode and the frames went directly to the screen. I have a 5090 and mostly play in 4k and that's where i noticed the lag most, not so much in 2k but it's still there. Dear Bungie, I hope you guys fix this or revert back to the old screen modes cause people with high end pcs should notice it especially playing in 4k max settings.
