You’re restricted from using communication features. If your parent or guardian set this restriction, you can send them a request to let you use communication features just for this game.
I get the message, “ You’re restricted from using communication features. If your parent or guardian set this restriction, you can send them a request to let you use communication features just for this game.” every time I log in. The only way I can communicate with voice or text is to request permission. I sent Bungie proof of my age and location which they acknowledged and it still happens. I’m using PS5 and rebooted it many times to no avail. How do I prevent this from happening?

1 ReplyThis happens to me sometimes, but ONLY if I put the console to sleep without shutting the game down. When I resume I am told I was returned to the title screen and get the same message when I log in. Just shut the game down fully when turning your console off ? Hope that helps.
