If you mean 24k players playing then you're probably... like many other idiots that say similar things only using steam numbers. Both Xbox and PlayStation also has players and chances are more on both consoles when compared to steam.

Do some trouble shooting like checking your NaT type, restarting your game, restarting your system, etc.
