Solstice bug(?)
Lv 310, just got a Holofoil drop...its Tier 4. Event literally says "Holofoil weapons drop at +2 Gear Tier, along with a piece of equipment at same level." Both are Tier 4, nice event bungie, thankfully was a shitty roll, but lowkey upset about that I should be having a tier 5 weap and armour, yet its tier 4....
