Since the launch of The Edge of Fate, Barricade has felt significantly less effective than it was during Heresy. Splash damage felt worse, enemies were significantly less inclined to respect Barricade Taunt. I polled some other Titans in my Clan, and they agreed that they'd sensed the same thing. But there were no patch notes regarding it, and it's hard to make a bug report with accompanying video based on such a feeling.
Reading that Ward of Dawn and Well of Radiance are affected by a bug where they're trying to scale parts of their effect from a no-longer-present Resilience stat, I'm wondering if something similar is the case with Barricade. It would certainly explain my (subjective) observation.
Could the Sandbox team take a look please? Thanks!

I always ran max Resilience, and my Well of Radience was never once broken by any enemy. Until this DLC came out. Now I run 200 Health. Seemingly any splash damage one shots the Well sword, leaving me high and dry, invalidating all the mechanics of the super.

LFG teams will still require all Warlocks to switch to well

https://thegamepost.com/unintentional-oversight-bungie-titan-warlock-supers-bugged-destiny-2/ This confirms there is a major glitch, and Bungie is working on patching it.

Using it feels the exact same. If you want to see if there is a difference, I suggest testing it rather than polling people. Negative bias is just gonna have majority say it is worse.

Whoa whoa slow down there Cowboy we got fun builds to nerf first, just wait your turn,we'll get around to it at some point. Hey have you checked eververse today yet to see the new armour sets available for silver?

Simple question as i havent checked it. But since super stat increases the duratiô of bubble and well. Doesnt it also increase their HP like resilience used to do ? Same for barricade, maybe a high class stats gives more "taunt"

Edited by SPARTAN A291: 8/13/2025 12:47:54 AMYeah, figured this out day one of Mythic when a boss one shot my Bubble during the hunt for Graviton Spike catalyst parts. Exact moment I knew they screwed up and didn't translate the Tier 10 Resilience stat over to Well and Bubble durability when they shifted over to the new "Health" stat. Bungie, quit screwing around and give Bubble it's PvE buff. The taunt and overshield effect is useless if it can't survive what's getting thrown at it, and the damage isn't enough of a draw when you both have to wear an exotic for it AND Well gets the same effect for less effort and less investment. Better, in fact, since Radiant gives anti-barrier on top of other minor buffs.

They know now thankfully. But fix it? Wrong side of whenever they feel like it...
