Today, I played Trials for about 2 hours and earned 7 wins, including 2 streaks. After switching characters and going to the Lighthouse, I opened the chest and saw sparkles, but no loot came out. I checked the Postmaster, but there was nothing there either. I then switched back to my Trials character, but still no loot at the Postmaster, and I can no longer enter the Lighthouse. Is there anything I can do to fix this?
