I have started two of the side missions, Correspondence and Faculty Advisement. But, when I go to talk to Dean Rebecca she isn't where she is suppose to be. I have the icon showing where she is, but when I get there she isn't there. I have rebooted I have gone to orbit and back, it has been the last 2 weeks she isn't there. Do I have to finish the campaign for her to be there? Thank you!
