Hello, My issue is that a long time ago I redeemed the “sign of the gambit” emblem. I used it for a very long time, then I stopped playing. I recently returned and switched platforms from PSN to Steam. I linked my accounts with Cross-Save and everything seemed fine—except that the emblem I redeemed doesn’t appear in my Collections, and on two of my three characters it sits in their inventory but I can’t equip it. In fact, on one character I even had it equipped; I removed it intending to re-equip it, but now I can’t put it back on. In-game I receive an error message telling me I must obtain the emblem before I can use it, which seems impossible since I used it extensively before I stopped playing—and I still see it in my inventory, so I know it exists. I’ve tried equipping it both on my PlayStation account and on Steam (via Cross-Save) but I get the same error every time. I appreciate any help you can provide. Thank you, Matteo
