The stats system is still not working properly, even after the fix.
Testing is provided in video. Ability regeneration stats are only giving around 15% more energy when going from 70 to 100 stat, despite the fact that in-game, it says the difference between their energy gains is +104% and +190%.
There is no mathematical way that 104 and 190 can come together to form a 15% bonus. 2.9/2.04 is 1.4215.
Either the numbers presented in-game are wildly misleading, or the ability energy is still not working as intended.
