Arms week rank bugged
No progress when completing matches, it stocked after 4 rank!! Please help! I did all challenges daily and weekly and it stopped.

Yea we found this out on the first day. You can get to rank 14.25 as long as you complete ALL dailies, the 1 weekly and use the 3 rerolls. You'd still be .75 short of getting rank 15. https://www.reddit.com/r/destiny2/comments/1mct8kv/cant_reach_rank_15_for_sharpshooter/

I don't think it's awarding anyone Progress towards it when they complete Hardware. The only thing increasing Event Rank seems to be the daily and weekly challenges.

Same, unless this is fixed its impossible to complete the event as the challenges won't give enough exp to get more than rank 9-11.
