Before the cross-play times, steam users could change their in-game names to what ever they wanted, whenever they wanted. CAN WE PLEASE HAVE THAT BACK. GIVE US SOME WAY TO CHANGE OUR NAMES PERIODICALLY. EVERY MONTH OR SO WOULD BE FINE. Names being (basically) non-changeable is the dumbest thing ever.
