Guardian rank 7 famine modifiers not completing
Ok am I missing something, guardian rank 7 has a challenge 'Famine Modifiers Challenge' which simply says complete an activity with a famine modifier active.
So I load up a solo op select grandmaster add the special ammo famine modifier and a few positive mods and complete not once but twice and no challenge.
Is it bugged or badly described, if so what is the actual requirement to get it to complete?

I'm also ranked 7 and I can say that we're just gonna have to wait until players catch up until bungee starts to notice these kind of issues. That's the thing when you rush through power and content including The Guardian ranks if there are no issues that you've seen the company won't notice them until players start to catch up and more players start to report similar issues.
