Oathkeeper perk is doing less damage than intended
Adamantine Brace is currently increasing bow damage by 68%, 132%, and 174% respectively, for each tier of charge held. This is less than the advertised 200%, although it does now give more damage earlier. Video attached.
...But even after it's fixed, this exotic is really bad. Its functional dps increase under optimal circumstances (tier 2 charge every time) is disappointing. It currently sits at around +18%, which, in a perkless scenario, just about totals the dps of a High Impact Auto with reloads included. High charge shots also don't even generate more super energy than quick shots. Finally, the Adamantine Brace buff itself is incredibly anti-synergistic with nearly all bow perks. All charge time perks are less effective on long draws since Adamantine Brace's rate stays constant. Additional damage effects not increasing concurrently (like HoN rockets) makes it strictly worse to engage with the perk at all. Hopefully this exotic gets looked at again because in its current state, it's bordering on useless.

2 RepliesHello there, Thank you for your report and this footage. We understand the Oathkeeper's Adamantine Brace perk doesn't seem to be working as it should be. We're sorry to hear of this. However, having reviewed the provided footage, we see that this is occurring in the shooting range. We've received reports of players experiencing discrepancies with their damage in the shooting range. At this time, we're investigating the cause of these discrepancies. If, however, you experience these issues with the Oathkeeper outside of the range, then please consider recording an additional video which demonstrates this. If you then share that new video to this thread, we'll investigate.
