I'm not sure why, but legendary scouts and pulse rifles in the energy slot aren't breaking barrier champ shields for me. Exotic pulses and scouts seem to be working fine. I've asked friends in our discord server if they've been experiencing it but they haven't. As far as I know I'm the only one experiencing this.
