Fireteam Ops is awful, because
1. they are 2-3 times longer than Solo Ops for same rewards
2. Bonus drops are individual, so playing with friends leads always to compromises in selection of activity
3. different reward ranks when you are not in the same power-level range
4. lfg or fireteam-finder will not give you your desired reward-rank due to No 3
5. someone joining you can ruin your reward rank due to No 3
6. you are punished for playing effective, instead you have to farm kills before killing boss to reach rank point marker

If anything fire team Ops should give you more rewards.. I know a lot of streamers are getting very upset about the fact that once they hit 300 and they do the portal the rewards are the exact same as if they were 200 if anything if the game becomes harder in the portal the rewards should improve... Divide made a video about this and he's over 300 and he even said that after what he experienced after 300 progression that he is considering to leave the game. I know that was the biggest concern for people who had early access that the progression to them was extremely slow that they felt like players would not hit 400 unless they exploited the game..
