Exclusive fullscreen removal
exclusive fullscreen needs to be added back, the game feels so much worse in terms of input delay, especially when streaming in discord, i lose about 20-30fps and frames are much choppier with crazy input delay. this seems like it would be a slam dunk fix as i really don't see any positives on the player side of the removal.

Yep, games been running significantly worse ever since removal of dedicated full screen. Lots are experiencing the same. Not to mention how un optimized this game is? We haven’t seen a optimization patch since Forsaken 💀 Classic Bungie breaking things that didn’t need to be touched in the first place.
