The story is terrible, the raid was hilariously bad, more cheaters beat it than real players, matchmaking is garbage ... this definitely is the worst expansion in gaming history. I can't wait for the day that Sony deletes Bungie, I'm going to throw a party. Fire some more people.
Losers.

Edited by The Hermit IX: 7/27/2025 12:32:42 AMStory is excellent IMO. Allison did the impossible and reset the narrative after Destiny end game. The Nine were a great choice. She deserves a raise and a long term contract. I haven’t played The Raid but it’s well received… The amount of cheaters in contest is sad though. It’s a much larger expansion than was advertised and I’m enjoying it. Matter spark was annoying for me due to the way it was implemented although some players love it. I’m looking forward to the last two missions in the campaign, completing the side quests and exotic HC quest. I really like the linear layout of Kepler as a destination and how I can run weekly missions to get tier 4 loot at 200 power level and tier 5 when I hit 350. The bugs and crashes that some are experiencing should be the top priory fixes instead of fixing bugs that give bonus damage immediately(new exotic scout) then fixing bugs that make the DLC unplayable for some. It’s always a bad take on their end and the optics never help. It’s funny how so many have completely opposite views of EoF. That’s exactly why I say there is zero consensus with the community in regards to anything Destiny. It’s why Bungie took a swing at doing something different. It’s unfortunate that you view it as the worst but that’s your personal experience. I for one am loving it.
