Mementos can't be equipped to tiered weapons
I don't have access to tier 4 and 5 weapons yet so I can't test it but tier 1-3 can't equip mementos. This feels like a massive oversight. I know tier 5's have their own special effect but mementos not being able to be equipped to any tiered weapon is frankly kinda ridiculous.
