cross save issue on pc
Switched over to pc, but characters never transferred over with cross save active. I reviewed the cross save guide many time to make sure everything was correct, which was. Need help.

7 RepliesHey there, if you linked your Steam account using your registered Steam email address and Steam password, that's actually a different profile than what you may be logging into on the Steam client, which uses an account login name and Steam password. It can happen because Steam supports multiple accounts on the same email address. Could you try logging out of Bungie.net and logging back in using your Steam email and Steam password? If it brings you right back to this same account that you are posting on, that is what has happened. Then try logging out, and log in with your Steam's login name and password. What happens then? Does it mention anything about linking when you do this?
