To reach Guardian Rank 8, we need to complete 2 Master conquests.
However, we had already completed one of them before ranking up,
which caused our progress to be stuck at 0/2.
Since each account can only complete the mission once,
we're now permanently stuck at Guardian Rank 7 for this season.
Please, Bungie, fix this issue.

I dont know how you did it but for me is working, I have 1/2 Conquest Masters completed and im on 320 power level, so when I get 340 I can complete the second Master Conquest and with this I will have 2/2.

I finished both master conquests and I'm still suffering from the same issue

I'm stuck at rank 5 and have to Complete an Expert Conquest from within the seasonal hub. I'd already done the first one before getting to this rank and even doing the next one doesn't progress the objective.

you just have to find someone, who hasn't done it. i had the same issue.
