Bungie I know you're working on new expansions and focusing on the future of the game which is fine, but while you're doing that you also need to actively work on adding back all of the older content that you removed from the game. This content includes The Red War (campaign & planets), Curse Of Osiris (campaign and planets), Warmind (campaign and planets), and finally Forsaken (campaign & planets) as well as all of the Raids associated with these expansions. All of this content was bought and paid for by every player who purchased Destiny 2 before it became "free" and it all needs to be added back and those who previously purchased this content should have it restored for free and every player who hasn't bought and played any of this content should now have the option to purchase all of it as The Red War can easily be converted into a purchasable DLC for players to buy (or to be nice you could make The Red War free for all players as a show of good faith and to bring players back to this game, but that's up to you) Doing this would show people that you're not the greedy money hungry soulless corporation that everyone who I've ever asked to play Destiny 2 has accused you of being ever since you removed all of this content and introduced sunsetting to the game and would actually give hundreds of thousands if not even millions of people a reason to actually give Destiny 2 a second chance. Plus you know there's the legality part of all this and even though it hasn't happened yet all it takes is 1 person with enough money, power, and time to make something be done about it. The UK and EU are all establishing laws that outlaw and ban this type of horrible behavior in gaming and they have already established many laws preventing it and I'm sure it's only a matter of time before they end up passing a law that will end up allowing players to sue you and take you for everything you're worth if you don't restore all of this content (that millions of players all bought and paid for) Everyone knows you're already losing the various legal battles that you're already involved in, and if you don't start working to correct this wrong that you committed pretty soon you're going to end up owing more money than you'll ever be able to pay and you'll be forced into bankruptcy and the whole company and everything you own (including all of the rights and licenses for Destiny & Destiny 2) will end up being sold off to someone else (who will more than likely do better with it than you have) And now that you're tied in with Sony it's even worse because Sony could end up getting caught up and pulled into this mess (that you created) and dragged down with you. I highly suggest you take this matter into serious consideration because any day now new laws are going to get proposed and then they'll go up for vote and more than likely get passed and suddenly you'll be finding yourself in extremely hot water. So Bungie if I were you I would immediately begin working on adding back and restoring each of the DLC expansions that you removed without consent from millions of people who bought it thinking that it would be in the game until the end of the games life. This of course doesn't include any of the seasonal content as all of that content was very clearly marketed and sold with the clear message and intent that it was only temporary content and wouldn't be in the game forever (unlike all of the DLC expansions I mentioned previously that you sold and marketed with the clear message and intent that it would remain in the game as long as the servers are alive and the game is still available and playable) Just remember, all it takes is 1 person with enough money, power, and time to decide to make something be done about this atrocity that you committed, and I can absolutely say with 100% confidence that that person is now actively pursuing and working on having something done about it. So if I were you I'd very quickly begin working on restoring all of this content and put out messages on social media and your own websites telling players that you are actively working on restoring and adding back all of this removed content if you know what's good for you. Quick edit: If Bungie loses the currently ongoing lawsuit for The Red War & Curse Of Osiris campaigns then this will open the door for many many more lawsuits to be filed by anyone who wrote anything even remotely similar to all of the DLCs they removed from the game. Because Bungie is currently unable to provide any playable versions of the content they removed, they are unable to sufficiently prove beyond a doubt that they did not copy or steal anything from anyone who made anything even remotely similar. This means that if Bungie doesn't go back and get all of that old content from somewhere and add it back to the game in some kind of playable form they are absolutely screwed because more and more lawsuits will be filed following this one and very soon Bungie will find themselves owing more money then they could possibly come up with and will be forced to go bankrupt and sell off all of the rights and licensing for everything they own.
