Unable to matchmake with anyone on Vanguard Ops or Fireteam Ops.
It stays on evaluating guardians and then puts me in the strikes or events by myself.

Where you on Xbox? Bugged for a decade, doesn't happen often & don't know the trigger but it happens occasionally, almost like you're in your own game instance. I tedt if it's the bug by searching PvP, if it's been 30 secs & 0/12 it's the bug. Just restart the Xbox & you're good.
