I recently started playing the game after a while after stopping due to the one friend i was playing with getting falsely banned. This has been a while ago when this initially happened but he has put multiple tickets and have received no response from bungie over the past year. Since I started again, i wanted to see if i could help or if this was a lost cause. He has received no answers and is made worse since he has put in thousands of hours into d2 First time post so apologies if category is incorrect.
