Zero Hour missio
I've completed the mission more than once and haven't received the perfected Surge weapon. I simply open the chest at the end of the mission and don't receive any reward.

Can you check ADA and the abandoned quest kiosk to see if either of them have a quest named 'Asset Protection'. You should also check on other characters and their quest logs.
