Destiny 2 ban appeal for friend
I recently started playing the game after a while after stopping due to the one friend i was playing with getting falsely banned. This has been a while ago when this initially happened but he has put multiple tickets and have received no response from bungie over the past year. Since I started again, i wanted to see if i could help or if this was a lost cause. He has received no answers and is made worse since he has put in thousands of hours into d2 First time post so apologies if category is incorrect.

Hi there. Bungie does not monitor the forums for ban appeals, nor do they discuss someone's ban with other players. If your friend has submitted an appeal already, they've done all they can. As mentioned on the appeals article, submitting an appeal does not guarantee they will get a response or that a ban will be overturned. Bungie staff typically only respond to appeals if they are seeking more info or if a ban is overturned. If it's been 3-4 weeks with no response, then your friend can safely assume the ban has been reviewed and deemed valid.
