Dual Destiny Activity Power Disabled but it isn't
I finished the Final Shape campaign and wanted to start Dual Destiny mission. It said Activity Power Disabled - I assumed my power level does not matter. Apparently combatant power is set to 205 and I cannot damage anything there.
