When opening raid chests (either encounter completed, or secret chests), you no longer receive raid spoils. The video was ran after the first encounter of VOG grabbing both the completion chest and then the secret chests. As you can see, both drop their respective loot but no spoils. While my inventory is full of spoils already, previously they would drop and be transferred to the postmaster.
