Does anyone know if older shaders (i.e. Clouds at Sea from Forsaken) are still obtainable from gear drops in the Dreaming City? Haven't had any luck in getting any of the shaders from that era and I was just wondering if it's just unfortunate rng or if they're just not obtainable any longer. Thanks for your time!
