Hierarchy of Needs is not working as written. Both the intrinsic trait and catalyst are having issues. Apollonic Tangent is supposed to create seeming projectiles- and at best 1/3 shots hits intended targets. Tracking is off. Additionally, damage does not seem to increase based off distance travelled, as the tracking shots that hit were doing the same damage no matter the distance. The Catalyst is not providing the draw/reload boost other than when the Guidance Ring is deployed. If these changes were intentional then the text should reflect this and if not it should be addressed.
