I’ve been encountering an issue while playing Destiny 2: Edge of Fate, specifically in PvP – Control mode. Occasionally, after I die and respawn, my character seems to re-enter the match at a significantly slower movement speed than normal. It’s almost like I’m stuck in a debuffed state (like a slow effect), but there’s no visual indicator or ability active that would explain it.
The slow movement persists for a while, and I can’t seem to shake it by sprinting, sliding, jumping, or using abilities. It doesn’t happen every time I respawn, but when it does, it really disrupts gameplay and makes me a sitting duck in firefights.
Has anyone else experienced this? Is this a known bug? Any suggestions or fixes would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Known bug. It affects other aspects of the game as well. You can somewhat alleviate it with skating on warlocks and titans. However you have no such way to do it if on a hunter
