Deleted character ( Urgent help requested )

Dear reader, I am writing to you out of desperation and grief, on 07/19/2025 around 1:15 AM my two main characters on destiny 2 (warlock and titan) were both deleted. A close family member, during a difficult moment, accessed my account and permanently deleted them, along with countless weapons and gear I had collected over the years. I had over 5k hours invested across those characters, I had opened up a support ticket begging bungie to help me, they have said the contact form and agents are not set up to investigate this issue and to[b] create a help request with all required information under the appropriate contact form[/b]. I am unsure what form this is and would be forever grateful if someone can help me. This whole situation has affected my mental health so negatively and I am genuinely so depressed, I love this game with all my heart and have been playing it for the better half of a decade, this game is my escape from all the chaos and difficulties I face at home and loosing these characters have caused such a negative impact on my life. I plead with anyone to try understand the circumstanced I am under and help me, I am begging...
