Legendary campaign completion Bug

I had completed the Legendary Campaign for Destiny 2 Edge of Fate and I got the triumphs but I did not get the new exotic arms when I did it on my titan.

Your titan doesn’t appear to have run Commencement on legendary. Run it & check back at the alter.
