Was buildcrafting last night in the Shooting Range and grabbed a buddy to test out these mods. After multiple tests with Elemental Charge, surges and Powerful Friends while my friend had kickstart and surge mods on there was no luck getting it to activate. So then we tested it withjust regular orbs of power and saw that this was not working with it either. Finally I swapped to Radiant Light and still no success. Then we repeated these tests outside the firing range in the Pale Heart and found the same result.
