Cross Save from a ban steam account
How to Transfer the data from the steam account to other platform willing to change platform.

Hey there, unfortunately this is not something Bungie offers. Characters are permanently bound to the account on which they were created. In addition, banned accounts are ineligible to be added to a new cross-save setup since they can't be authenticated.
